3 oz. Grilled Chicken (the pre-made kind works GREAT!)
1 pc. Flatbread
3 TBSP Ricotta Cheese
1 TSP Garlic
2 TBSP Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Directions:
Mix the Ricotta Cheese and Garlic and spread on the flatbread. Then put cheese and mozzarella on top. Put in oven at 375 for 6 minutes. GREAT TASTING AND HEALTY!!
Homemade Granola Bars

Ingredients:
4 c. Oats
1/2 c. Flax Seed
1/2 c. Dried Cranberries
1/3 c. Sliced Almonds
1/2 c. Dried Dates
1/2 c. Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 c. Honey
1/4 c. Egg Whites (egg beaters)
1/3 c. Canola Oil
1/2 c. Brown Sugar
Directions:
Mix everything together and flatten it into a greased pan.
Bake at 325 degrees for 16-18 minutes.
Jalapeno Cheese Squares

Ingredients:
4 c. (16 oz) Shredded Cheddar Cheese
4 Eggs, beaten
1 tsp. Minced Onion
1 can Chopped Green Chilies
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, stirring well. Spread Cheese mixture into un-greased 8 square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool. Cut into 1 squares.

Quick Pizza Treats

1 can of Biscuits
1 jar of Pizza Sauce
Grated Cheese
Any additional Pizza Toppings
Directions:
Press the biscuits out flat (as flat or thick as you want) on a tray. Spread pizza sauce over the biscuits. Top with grated cheese and any other pizza toppings you want.
Bake at 375 for about 10 minutes.

Easy Quesadillas

Stuffed Crescent Rolls

Philadelphia Cream Cheese with Chives
Various Veggies (broccoli, mushrooms)
Directions:
Roll Ham, cheese, or anything (I even like mushrooms or broccoli pieces) up in crescent rolls. Throw them in the oven for about 10 minutes and it's a quick, warm snack to go. Sometimes I add cream cheese with chives inside.

Cut open top of bag, spoon in topping over Fritos and enjoy!

Veggie Pizza

Ingredients:
2 pkg. Crescent Rolls
1/2 c of each: Carrots, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Red/Orange/Green Pepper (finely chopped)
1 pkg. Cream Cheese
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Mix
1/4 c. Mayonnaise
1 c. Shredded Cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Roll out crescent rolls onto cookie sheet, spread to edges. Bake approx. 7-9 minutes or until golden brown (cool for 5-8 minutes). Chop all veggies and mix together. In a seperaate bowl mix sofented cream cheese with dip mix and mayonnaise. Spread mixture evenly onto cooled crescent sheet. Add chopped veggies and top with cheese. Press top with spatula and cool for 1hr. Cut with pizza cutter into small slices and serve as an appetizer.

Ingredients:
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped green onions
2 (6 ounce) packages sliced ham, chopped
24 mini bagels, split
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In a medium bowl, stir together the cream of chicken soup, Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, green onions and ham. Spread onto the cut sides of the bagels. Place on a baking sheet.
3. Bake for 10 minutes, or until toasted.

Rye Bread and Cucumbers

Ingredients:
1 1/2 loaves party rye bread, round or square
1 pkg. dry Italian salad dressing
11 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 slicing cucumbers
2 Tbsp. Salt
Dry dill weed
Directions:
Peel and slice cucumbers 1/4 to 1/8 inch thick. Soak and add 2 tablespoons salt.
Drain well and dry.
Mix together softened cream cheese, Italian dressing and mayonnaise until smooth.
Spread on rye bread, add sliced cucumbers and sprinkle with dill weed. Arrange on a tray and let stand overnight to improve flavor.

Spread cream cheese evenly directly on meat with a knife. Roll the olive inside and eat.

Barbeque Cups

Ingredients:
3/4 lb Ground Beef
1 tsp. Dehydrated Minced Onion
3/4 c. Grated Cheese
1/2 c. Barbecue Sauce
1 tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 10 oz. can Refrigerated Biscuits
Directions:
Brown and drain ground beef. In small bowl, add the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, and onions. Stir well. Press one biscuit into each cup of muffin pan. Spoon meat mixture into each biscuit and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 400 degrees.
*For Taco Cups - Replace onion, barbecue sauce and brown sugar for 1 tsp. chili powder and 1/2 c. taco sauce in meat mixture.
